Still not ranked...

...I definitely should do more games. But when? I surely don't have much free time lately.

Solo queue! I pick leona and go bot with a random Ez.
A premade couple wanted to go bot, but I told I was better at supporting then other roles... so they let me bot :D yay!

Uhmpf.... definitely-not-so-good-Ezreal. I did a really good job with Leona (and I mean it, I saved his ass lots of times and secured many kills) but he couldn't do damage :-/ we were also facing an "easy" lane kata + MF o.o wih kata as support.
We were bad in team fights, and eventually we lost. Very long and nice game, though. Too bad, but we couldn't deserve to win, we weren't that good as a team.

This time I pick Sona and go bot with a random Ashe.
Who didn't say a single word through all game, but was really good :-) and didn't flame back as our Diana kept spamming the team chat with complaints and suggestions. Well, she was trying hard to win, and I can understand her (his?) feelings... but a little less QQ would've been better ^^
Well, at the end he was a good Diana, and lead us to victory somehow :D our carry was also very smart and we had a good time together. Silent Ashe, Holy Ashe!

First match after the massive ELO reset, I find myself at 1250 rating.

Duo queue with a friend. He takes Ez, I pick Lux, we go bot.
On enemy team there's a victorious Janna... hmmm I didn't manage to get that skin at the end.
My team was superior, and after a well fought game we won.

NOES!! I didn't remember to save the screenshot... and my match history is full of normals T_T
Well, since it's my only ranked game, my ranked statistics for Lux say that I went 1/3/7.

85th try - Failing the queue :p

So, the patch isn't here yet, but a friend and I wanted to do some more ranked games to train our skills.
Let's go!
...nope. He started, but forgot to invite me in the team X'D I was wondering why he was telling me things about picks...
So I'll queue alone, like the good ol' times.

I pick Leona and go bot with Corki. We have Shen top and Eve mid... yep they didn't ban Shen. Hope this guy knows how to use him! :)
He did, used a pair of well-placed ultis that made us won the early game.
I was dying a bit ealry, but all to save our Corki, who thanked me every time :3 so he could get fed and died just a couple of times in all game. Yay to tha support!

It was a weird and long match, well fought by both sides. We won eventually with a good push, but mainly 'cause their Jayce disconnected / went afk. Too bad for them! It was an unexpected outcome, 'cause both of our nexus turrets were gone o.o
Good and nice Corki, hope to meet him again :) hopefully not on enemy's team!

+some ELO, 1169 rating. Failed the queue, didn't fail the game! ;)
(FYI my friend lost his match... ouch! >.< I guess it was the karma comeback for forgetting to invite me XD)

End of Season 2

So, Season 2 has finally come to an end.
I couldn't do more solo queue games, I was basically too busy doing 5v5 matches or too tired to do anything more than normals or co-ops.

I'm glad I could at least reach the silver rank just by playing supports, and mostly with all random people in team. I didn't manage to go past 1210, but I hope to do better next time.

My team got stuck on silver in 5v5 but managed to reach gold in 3v3. Too bad I think I'll not receive the new Janna skin :-/ 'cause once I left and rejoined the team right after in an attempt to understand the way the system was chosing the players' order during champions select. It didn't work of course. But since I guess this happened after september 1st, and I can't recall if I won 5 ranked 3v3 games...

I also wrote to the support in an attempt to find out wether I already had the requisites to obtain the skins or not. But the only answer I had was a recap of the season rewards rules :-/ even when I openly asked to know my current status... "I'm glad I could solve your problem!" ...but you didn't O.O you just cut&pasted some forum info which I already knew... Sigh. He continued repeating general things which I already knew the whole time. Trolled by a support? This is too much!! XD

Well, I guess I'll just find out when the patch comes live. But I think it will not be e a good surprise :-/
I already have the super gorgeous Hextech Janna skin, which is definitely my favourite... so I won't miss the Victorious Lady (not too much tbh).
