Lets try out this "be supportive" thing...

My job is literally killing me. I'm working hard every day from 8.30 AM to 7.30 PM and this will end only on Christmas. Hopefully. I should definitely get more sleep.
That said, I had a chance to queue up with a friend tonight, but I was really tired and refused. ...just kidding, we went bot lane. He picked MF, I took Leona 'cause enemy team had Blitzcrank.

...Whoa. I don't know what happened to me, but I did really good early. Took an (undesired) FB from Blitz and another kill on Draven (that MF couldn't take). We won bot really easily.

But in the first minutes I was the only one with kills in my team :-/ (BAD, 'cause I should've given the kills to my carry T_T it wasn't intentional, though!).

By the way, when lane phase was over, my team begun failing and complaining in chat about others' actions. At first I was thinking "bah another loser that is only able to QQ, just ignore..." but then I remembered what happened to me last night.

....I mean, the good guy Corki who cheered us up leading us to victory. What were you thinking??
And I said to myself: well, let's give it a try at least.
I begun writing things like "come on don't start complaining :) we can still win this, let's be a team!" and "np with the bad initiation, was just bad luck!" and again "4 x 4 but we won an inhibitor, not bad!".

And damn, IT WORKED.
Teammates stopped complaining and trying to blame someone else for their errors, and actually started being together and acting like a team. I couldn't believe it at first.
